Outfits Check ("we", "us", or "our") operates outfitscheck.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our AI Virtual Outfit Try-On service.

2. Information We Collect

Account Information (via Google Sign-In)

When you sign in with Google, we receive and store: your name, email address, Google account ID, and profile picture URL. We do not receive or store your Google password.

Usage Data

We collect metadata about your use of the service, including: generation history (status, score, model used, timestamps), credit usage, subscription status, and IP address for security purposes.

3. Personal Photos — Critical Privacy Notice

• Uploaded personal photos are stored temporarily in a private, non-public server directory.
• Photos are sent to Google Gemini AI (our AI provider) for image generation and analysis.
• Temporary files are automatically deleted after processing (within 2 hours at most).
• Generated result images are stored temporarily for download (up to 24 hours) then deleted.
• We do not permanently store images in the application database as binary data (BLOBs).

Important: Please do not upload images you do not have the right to use, or images that contain sensitive personal information you do not wish to share with third-party AI services.

4. Third-Party AI Processing

Images you upload are transmitted to third-party AI services used to power the virtual try-on and outfit scoring features (currently Perfect Corp's AI Clothes service and OpenRouter). By using this service, you consent to your uploaded images being processed by these providers according to their own privacy policies and terms of service. We recommend reviewing their policies before uploading personal photos.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. We do not store your credit card or payment details. Dodo Payments processes all payment information securely. Please review their privacy policy for details on payment data handling.

6. Cookies and Sessions

We use secure, HTTP-only session cookies to maintain your login state. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We may use basic analytics to understand site usage.

7. Data Retention

• Account data: Retained while your account is active.
• Generation metadata (score, status, timestamps — no images): Retained for your account history.
• Personal photos: Deleted within 2 hours of upload.
• Generated images: Deleted within 24 hours of creation.
• Security logs: Retained for up to 90 days.

8. Your Rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us. Upon deletion, your account information and generation metadata will be removed from active records.

9. Children's Privacy

This service is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

10. AI Content Policy

This service must not be used to generate intimate imagery of real people without their consent, sexualized content involving minors, or content intended to deceive or impersonate others. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.
