1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Outfits Check ("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

Outfits Check provides an AI-powered virtual outfit try-on and outfit rating service. The AI-generated images and scores are for informational and entertainment purposes only and do not constitute professional fashion advice.

3. Accounts

You must sign in with a valid Google account to use the generation features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Credits and Subscriptions

• Free users receive 1 generation credit per month.
• Pro subscribers receive 30 credits per billing cycle at $5/month.
• Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable except where required by law.
• Monthly plan credits reset at the end of each billing period and do not roll over. Purchased top-up credits never expire and remain available until used.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use this Service to:

• Generate intimate, explicit, or sexualized imagery of any real person
• Generate any imagery involving minors in inappropriate contexts
• Create content intended to impersonate, deceive, or defraud others
• Upload images you do not have the right to use
• Attempt to bypass rate limits, credit limits, or access controls
• Reverse-engineer or abuse the API or AI systems
• Use the service for any illegal purpose

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

6. AI Disclaimer

AI-generated outfit images and scores are produced by machine learning systems and may not be accurate, realistic, or appropriate in all cases. Generated images should not be used as representations of real people without their consent. Outfit scores are AI-powered estimates, not scientifically validated measurements.

7. Intellectual Property

You retain rights to images you upload. By uploading images, you grant us a temporary, limited license to process them for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded images or AI-generated results.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI generation will succeed, that results will meet your expectations, or that the Service will be available at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outfits Check shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable jurisdiction.
